TIME: 30-40 Minutes.

WHO: Suitable for anyone

BY: Laura Malcolm (International Player and current Superleague Champion) , Nat Panagarry (World Cup Bronze Medalist), Yas Parsons (International and superleague netball player), Eleanor Cardwell (International Player and current Superleague Champion) or Beth Cobden (Commonwealth Games Gold Medalist).
