Laura Malcolm

 

  • Online Netball PT with Laura Malcolm is a flexible, remote coaching program designed to help players of all levels improve both on and off the court. You’ll receive weekly, personalised sessions and direct support — all from your phone.

  • This program is ideal for:

    • Players who want expert guidance but can’t access in-person coaching

    • Athletes working towards club, academy, or national selection

    • Anyone looking to level up their netball skills, fitness, and mindset at their own pace

    • Players under the age of 16 must be signed up via a supervisor. Please read the terms and conditions for more information.

  • Once you sign up:

    • You’ll connect directly with Laura to discuss your goals and schedule

    • Laura will design weekly training sessions tailored to you.

    • Sessions can be completed in the garden, park or on the court.

    • You’ll access your workouts and drills via an easy-to-use app

    • You’ll send updates and videos to receive personal feedback from Laura

  • Training includes:

    • On-court skill development (footwork, ball handling, shooting, etc.)

    • Off-court fitness (strength, cardio, power)

    • Mindset coaching (healthy lifestyle, athlete habits ect.)

    • Match prep or recovery strategies, depending on your goals.

  • Yes. You’ll have direct communication with Laura, including regular check-ins and personalised feedback based on your progress.

  • Some basic equipment may be recommended based on your training plan (e.g., ball, cones, resistance bands), but Laura will always work with what you have access to.

  • All training is delivered via a dedicated app, where you can:

    • View your weekly sessions

    • Track progress

    • Upload training videos

    • Message Laura directly

  • Yes! Flexibility is key — sessions are designed to fit around your availability, goals, and environment.

  • Yes — optional face-to-face sessions will be available at an extra cost. Dates and locations will be announced in advance, and priority will go to online clients.

  • £100 per month + an additional cost for face to face sessions.
